Agent Provocateur is a world famous lingerie retailer founded in 1994 by British businessman, Joseph Corre and his now ex-wife Serena Rees. Though a relatively young brand, Agent Provocateur has quickly expanded its operations and today it has stores located in more than 13 countries worldwide. The original store was located in Soho on Broadwick Street. At first, company was selling lingerie of any kind and brand but soon started manufacturing lingerie under it’s own name. Since 2000, when this brand signed a collaboration with department store Mark and Spencer, they create and sell special line of products by the name of Salon Rose. This idea resulted in brand’s big success which further improved its already good reputation on the lingerie market. After 2000 the company holds a steady growth with established customers on the market. In 2007 the company is sold to a private equity and today is run by Garry Hogarth.
