Gintonica is an online craft-gin shop that grew exponentially ever since its beginnings in 2017/2018. It all started with the founder, David Box, and his love of the drink which inspired him to take it as his mission to do something about the Australian distilling movement that keeps taking the world by storm.

The idea to bring high-quality regional gin to the market across the country and abroad made him reach out to micro-distilleries which helped bring to light their incredible age-old production based on tradition.

Add to this the unique ingredients like native plants, such as finger limes, lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, wattleseed, pepperberry, and bush tomato, and you’ve got Aussie gin that can compete with the best and win awards. Even when the best means leaders like the UK!

As soon as Misty White became part of the team, the focus of the company shifted to all-things gin, including unique gin gifts, turning the shop into a leading resource for everything gin related, much to the pleasure of people passionate about the drink.

The commitment to the craft also resulted in allowing for monthly subscriptions to the special Gintonica packs customers can enjoy, as well as the release of David’s book “Australian Gin”.
