Products
International has gained world popularity very fast, thanks to its variety of flatbed trucks. They offer a complete lineup of integrated heavy vehicles ranging from class 4 to 8, all powered by proprietary MaxxForce engines, in diesel and natural gas. Classic, aerodynamic and powerful trucks is what International offers and delivers power and style that no other truck manufacturer does. The trucks this brand produces are divided into three major categories.
Heavy-Duty – This category includes heavy trucks 100 % reliable and comfortable. The International 9900i is a perfect example of how a heavy-duty truck looks like – 600 horsepower that enables the brute power to haul even the heaviest loads, but still doesn’t hit hard on the fuel economy. International ProStar is a more productive truck with an incredibly powerful engine that guarantees maximized productivity. Another heavy-duty track is the International TranStar, especially useful for transportation thanks to its MaxxForce 13 engine and easy maneuverability. The International LoneStar has a beautiful classic look and the quietest and most roomy cab in this category. Roll-stability control, a 50-degree wheel cut, reduction of noise and vibration are few of the features that make the LoneStar a perfection.
Medium-Duty – In the medium-duty category more powerful trucks can be found. The best example would have to be the International’s TerraStar – truck equipped with a V8 turbo-diesel engine enough to meet the needs of a medium-duty truck customers. The engine also has a 500,000 B50 life. This truck is a result of 100 years of truck-building experience and is recommended for some tough, efficient, fast and reliable truck work. Also, the International DuraStar goes way beyond efficiency, satisfaction and durability. It has earned its reputation thanks to its ability to handle any given task.
Severe-Duty – Severe-duty trucks are the “lightest” trucks International offers. Lightest in quotation marks because it is funny to say light for a vehicle that weights about 5-6 tons. Every International flatbed truck offers huge range of options as it can carry extra heavy material. The International WorkStar is one of the best trucks in this category, promising a great control functionality and efficient diagnostics. The durability is proved as its engineers have developed battle-tested vehicles. PayStar however, combines strength with durability to match any challenge.
