STM Goods is an Australian company founded in 1998, right outside Sydney in the suburb of Bondi Beach. 20+ years later, the mission of STM Goods remains the same – to provide Stuff That Matters for people who are out to do things, or as they refer to them – Generation Do. It all started when Ethan Nyholm, STM’s co-founder, struggled with finding a bag that properly protected his laptop, and also fits his casual lifestyle. Failing to find the ideal solution, he slipped his laptop into a padded postal envelope and lugged it around his hiking pack.

Although a clever solution, it wasn’t a lasting one, which is why he teamed up with co-worker Adina Jacobs to design a bolder, better laptop bag. The rest is history. STM’s laptop backpack was a major success, as it offered a design that’s focused on protecting digital devices, yet didn’t look boring like most other laptop bags do.

Now, more than two decades later, STM Goods has become an industry leader in laptop bags, phone cases, packs, fitted cases and other accessories. All of STM’s products, including STM cases, laptop bags, accessories, etc. are designed to make whatever it is that you’re doing a lot safer, easier, and more unique.
