“Viktor & Rolf” is a Dutch fashion brand, which was founded in 1993 by designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren. The two were both born in 1963 and met while following the fashion at the Academy of Arts in Arnhem. After finishing school, they moved to live and work in Paris, where in 1993 won the award “Festival d’Hyeres”. In 1988, “Viktor & Rolf” presented their first fashion show during Fashion Week in Paris and drew immediate attention of the media and future fans. Over the next five years they launched a line of ready -to-wear clothing and men’s line “Musu.” In addition, they create women’s handbags and shoes (all works of the Dutch designer – Freddie Stevens), glasses (only for Asian market), scarves, ties and lingerie. In 2003, the Paris Fashion Museum presented a retrospective exhibition of the works of “Viktor & Rolf” and soon (in 2005) designers opened their first boutique in Milan. In November 2006, Viktor and Rolf continued the tradition of Karl Lagerfeld and Stella McCartney by starting to create clothing for the Swedish fashion brand “H & M”.

What separates Viktor and Rolf as designers from the rest of fashion world are dresses with crinolines, clothing on floors, tuxedos and tailcoats, big and voluminous sleeves. Dysfunctionality, super volume and cool eclecticism are the key words in the work of Viktor and Rolf.
Clothing – Sometimes their collections are a real feast in which the models show clothes, bearing structures with inward spotlights to illuminate the new work. Viktor And Rolf perfume – In 2005 with the help of “L’Oreal”, Victor & Rolf launched their first fragrance “Flowerbomb”. The perfume has had great success and soon were launched number of versions like “Flowerbomb Extreme” and “Petite Flowerbomb”. In 2006, Victor & Rolf presented their first men’s fragrance, “Antidote”. The newest perfume of Victor & Rolf is the explosive “Spicebomb” launched in 2012.
